UNITED CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING CORPORATION was formed in 1965 for the purpose of performing both construction and engineering services. In 1968, the firm left the construction industry and began to provide only Consulting Engineering, Architectural and Surveying Services. As a result, the firm name was changed in 1972 to UNITED CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. In 1997, the name DBA, UNITED CONSULTING ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS was recorded with the Indiana Secretary of State’s office.

Over the years, we have assembled a talented staff of engineers, architects, environmental specialists, grant administrators, planners, surveyors, construction inspectors, technicians, right of way buyers, and support personnel whose goal is to consistently provide high quality services and meet client schedule objectives. Together, these individuals create the most qualified Project Design Teams available to provide the expertise to carry infrastructure and building projects through all facets of project development and construction.

UNITED’S vision is focused on exceeding client expectations to ensure complete client satisfaction with each venture we undertake. We take pride in our ability to utilize innovative design techniques to provide clients with the highest degree of excellence while keeping client costs to a minimum.

Over the past forty-one (41) years, UNITED has served many communities and local industries in a variety of professional roles. Our clientele includes Federal, State, County, City, and Town governments as well as many private sector clients throughout the State of Indiana. Construction costs for individual projects range from a few thousand dollars to over three hundred million dollars.
