The
project is a one story 15,628 square foot Office Building,
located in the City of Lawrence in the historic Fort
Benjamin Harrison area.
The
Building provided enclosed offices for managers and
executives, an open office space with fixed cubicles
for a professional staff, two conference rooms and an
assortment of support spaces. An unfinished lease space
was also provided for a second professional office suite
to be finished out upon occupancy.
The
Building was constructed as a concrete slab on grade
with a concrete grade beam foundation, a super- structure
of brick veneer with structural metal stud backing,
structural steel framing, and wood truss roof framing
with dimensional asphalt shingles as roofing material.
