PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

The City of Marion, Illinois and Clarion Engieering entered into a contract with United Consulting Engineers & Architects to provide design engineering and construction engineering services for the biosolids portion of the Marion, Illinois Treatment Plant expansion project. United's scope included rehabilitation of the existing digesters, proposed pumping and aeriation facilities, biosolids dewatering and lime-stabilization facilities, biosolids end-product storage facilities and all buildings and structures required for the system.
