PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

UNITED has provided CSO study assistance including CSO Operational Plans, Stream Reach Characterization, and Evaluation Reports and Long Term Control Plans for many communities in Indiana. UNITED assisted the communities in the interpretation of federal and state agency requirements, programmed sampling, testing, field investigation, mapping, Citizen's Advisory Committee meetings and public meetings. UNITED, where applicable, provided sophisticated system modeling of collection systems to predict mitigation option results. UNITED also recommended options with project cost estimates, prepared final report documents and is currently assisting communities with financial planning and IDEM review comments.

APPROXIMATE PROJECT COST:

The proposed plans include estimated project costs ranging from $3.0 million to $20 million.
