SCOPE : |
The
project scope includes design of the added travel lanes
from just west of Cline Avenue to Georgia Street. The
added travel lanes included the four lanes of traffic
in each direction with continuous auxiliary lanes between
interchanges.
The
design included two interchange modifications: I-80/94
and Grant Street, and I-80/94 and Broadway Street.
The
design also included unsuitable soil remediation, complex
signing, ITS, and noise barriers.
