I-80/94 and Grant Street, and I-80/94 and Broadway Street.

design of the replacement bridges: Grant Street over
I-80/94 (Structure No. I-80-9-8091), Broadway Street
over I-80/94 (Structure No. 53-45-8466), and Martin
Luther King Street over I-80/94 (Structure No. I-80-11-8056).
The
design also included unsuitable soil remediation, complex
signing, and noise barriers
