On Monday, September 23rd, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the recently completed widening and resurfacing project on CR 11-A in DeKalb County. Current and past DeKalb County Commissioners as well as representatives from other project-related entities were on-hand for the event.
The project was a joint effort between DeKalb County and the Indiana Department of Transportation. This was the final phase of a project that began with the widening and resurfacing of CR 11-A from I-69 to CR 427. With the completion of this final phase, residents and visitors to the area should experience less traffic congestion and must safer driving conditions.
United Consulting provided construction inspection services for this $2.5 million project.
